The order fulfillment associate helps create amazing customer experiences through accurate, timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Responsibilities Include:

Pick, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer and wholesale orders Restock picking locations as needed Assist in receiving inbound shipments from vendors Help maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and inventory transactions as appropriate Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow Perform routine quality inspections Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and ladders in a safe and responsible manner Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace Be willing to cross-train with other departments to support business needs The above represents the general responsibilities of the position. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be assigned as defined by the Business Supervisor Requirements

High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred Previous experience in a retail backroom, warehouse, or fulfillment center preferred Basic computer skills Be inquisitive and passionate about continually providing a better experience for our customers Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and be committed to producing accurate and high-quality work Self-Starter Team player Good organizational and time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Problem solver Take pride in your work and have personal accountability Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
