Master Services Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Drain Cleaning is seeking a skilled
full-time HVAC Tech to join our team in Lake Geneva, WI. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks related to servicing residential HVAC systems. From responding to service calls to performing planned maintenance and installations, your expertise will ensure the efficiency and safety of our clients' homes.

Although our benefits package is top-of-the-line, what you'll really love is earning generous pay for your experience. An experienced HVAC Technician will earn a competitive salary ranging from
$55,000 to $85,000+ annually , along with bonuses. We are providing a $1,000 hiring bonus for experienced HVAC technicians with EPA certification, payable within the first 90 days! Additionally, we're offering paid apprenticeship training for new HVAC installers and service technicians.
THE HVAC TECH WE'RE LOOKING FOR Can you meet the following qualifications?- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including climbing ladders, heavy lifting, and working in various weather conditions
- Residency within 40 minutes of Master Services
- Strong customer service skills and a self-starter mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
An associate degree is preferred. No experience is needed - we will train the right person through a paid apprenticeship program!
Are you able to work these hours? This full-time position entails a standard
45 - 50 hour work week, typically scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m . Flexibility is required for on-call rotations and occasional overtime.
