Seeking a talented Social Media Video Producer to join our highly collaborative video team. Our ideal candidate has a background in social media and food production.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders to create content that resonates with a national audience. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, has a passion for the creative process and the ability to execute projects successfully and efficiently from start to finish.
This candidate should have superior knowledge of video and food content in the social space in the multi-platform media landscape and knows how to produce social videos.
Assignment Details:
40 hours per week
Start date: Jan 27, 2025
End date (with potential for extension): Mar 31, 2025
Hourly Rate: $45
Location: New York DDM Office
Assignment Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to satisfy production, schedule, edit, and quality requirements of multiple video projects
- Provide a range of production services including: writing, directing, editing & video camera operation
- Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional teams
- Solve day-to-day production challenges
- Stay current on content formats, trends and talent
- Demonstrate initiative, an ability to work independently, a collaborative and goal-oriented approach
Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in social video production, social media, and food media.
- Knowledge of lifestyle media with an interest in Food. Knowledge of culinary language and video food styling.
- Knowledge of on-set Video Production
- Video Post Production, in-app social media editing, and Adobe Premiere
- All aspects of Social Media, including insights, trends, publishing, editing, and creating video content
- Video Budgeting
- Script Writing, Google Worksheets
