Join Sammons Financial Group as a HR Compensation Consultant on the HR Total Rewards Team. In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Compensation and Performance Management, collaborating with various HR and business departments. You'll be pivotal in developing and enhancing the company's compensation strategies, acting as an expert in job architecture, compensation analysis, job grade administration, and incentive plans. The role involves creating equitable and competitive compensation plans, keeping abreast of market trends, and aligning compensation with business strategies.
Responsibilities:This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in fast-paced, growing environments, keen on continuous process improvement and analytics. Key responsibilities include advising on compensation philosophy, developing job architecture frameworks, conducting job evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing compensation trends for internal equity and market competitiveness
