Moderator Lead at Lionbridge Technologies in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Work location- Boise, Idaho Temp- 1 to 2 months contract Join our dynamic team as a Moderator Lead, where you will lead the charge in delivering top-notch AI-driven translation and localization projects. You will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our translation and localization projects. You will manage project timelines, resources, and client communications, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality. What You Will Do + Responsible for contacting project participants by phone, email or other channels to ensure timely project execution.? + Responsible for handing off project, manage the schedule and ensure the on-time delivery.? + Foster engagement and participants locally in the Boise location. ? + Monitor, prepare and deliver project status reports to Lead PM, including recording and task pickup progress, mitigate delays, and reassign participants as necessary.?? To Be Successful You Will Have + Must be a native English Speaker. + Must be located in the US. + Strong understanding of community management and moderation best practices. + Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members. + Attention to detail to identify and address inappropriate content swiftly. + Problem-solving abilities to handle conflicts and enforce guidelines fairly. + Tech-savviness to use moderation tools and platforms efficiently. + Cultural sensitivity to navigate a diverse, global community.
