We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated MA Barred Healthcare Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes cases, representing clients in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator with a proven track record in healthcare litigation, excellent legal writing skills, and a passion for advocacy. The role involves working on a broad range of healthcare-related litigation matters, including malpractice, fraud and abuse, regulatory compliance, and contract disputes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned attorneys, contribute to high-profile cases, and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of healthcare litigation, from case inception through trial or resolution.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential litigation risks and strategies.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on case status and developments to clients and firm management.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing with the MA bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare litigation.
  • Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
  • Proven track record of success in litigating complex healthcare cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients and interact with all levels of staff and management.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Familiarity with electronic document management and research tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for case preparation and trial.
