Job Description

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating equal educational opportunities for underserved communities worldwide. Our mission, "Equality Through Education," drives our impactful programs like Language Connect for Ukraine and upskilling courses that have already benefited thousands.

We are seeking Volunteer Recruiters to help us identify and onboard qualified and passionate teachers to join our team and support our educational initiatives. This is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference while developing your recruitment skills in a supportive and impactful environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and attract talented and motivated teachers to join TEEI's programs.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the TEEI team to understand teacher requirements and program goals.
  • Use Workable and other recruitment tools to post ads, track applications, and manage the hiring pipeline.
  • Act as an ambassador for TEEI, sharing our mission and encouraging others to join our cause.

Requirements

  • Passion for education and social impact.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools like Workable (or willingness to learn).
