Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is

ideal for a talented and detail-oriented designer with a strong background in luxury interior design, interior

architecture, and project execution. The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from

concept to completion, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that the studio’s high

standards are met across all phases of design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee and drive the design process for high-end residential, commercial, and

hospitality projects, ensuring a seamless execution from concept to completion.

• Concept Development: Lead the development and presentation of compelling design concepts,

mood boards, and material palettes that align with the studio’s aesthetic and client expectations.

• Space Planning & Interior Architecture: Lead the creation of detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D

visualizations, integrating architectural elements and interior finishes.

• Material & FF&E Selections: Curate and specify luxury materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and

accessories, ensuring a cohesive and refined design outcome.

• Client & Vendor Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and

consultants, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

• Construction Administration: Review shop drawings, oversee installations, and conduct site visits to

ensure design intent is executed with precision.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with junior designers, project managers, and procurement

specialists to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold project timelines.

• Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, proactively

addressing any challenges that arise.

• Submissions & Documentation: Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of budgets

and drawing sets, ensuring accuracy in specifications, technical production, and adherence to basic

code requirements.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering professional growth and

maintaining studio excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in luxury interior design, with a strong portfolio

showcasing luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and 3D

rendering software (such as Enscape).

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury materials, furniture, finishes, and industry trends.

• Project Management: Proven track record of a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and

articulate design concepts effectively.

• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, composition, and spatial planning to create refined, well-

balanced interiors.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate design challenges and proactively find solutions that align with

the client’s vision and studio standards.

• Construction Administration: Provide substantial experience in CA, including handling submittals,

RFIs, and consultant coordination to ensure seamless project execution.

• Travel: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally for site visits, client meetings, and

project coordination.
