Job Description:

ABRAMS seeks a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to provide critical support to our Finance team during a new ERP/finance systems implementation. This part-time role will focus on managing the project’s scope, budget, timelines, and communication to ensure all deliverables align with the implementation plan. The ideal candidate will be experienced in finance system project management and excel in organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination.

The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as well as external implementation partners, to achieve project milestones efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among ABRAMS’ internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implementation Partner Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation partner's project manager to manage schedules and deliverables.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates, lead status meetings, and prepare presentation decks to communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Part-Time Commitment: Dedicate 10–20 hours per week (2–4 hours daily) to ensure consistent project oversight and progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing ERP/finance system implementation projects is required.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey updates and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Superior problem-solving abilities and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with individuals across various personality types and roles.
