Position Overview

The Pilot (First Officer) is responsible for providing safe, exceptional air transportation, acting as a NetJets ambassador, and ensuring passenger safety and comfort. The role involves flying a diverse fleet to numerous destinations worldwide, adhering to safety policies, and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely from taxi to landing, complying with FAA, OEM, and NetJets standards.
• Greet Owners/passengers, brief them on flight details, and provide weather and safety updates.
• Handle in-flight service, including catering and alcohol service.
• Load and stow baggage properly.
• Manage flights for Owners with pets and smokers.
• Act as the final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Report maintenance issues and complete necessary documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam passed; First Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum FAA ATP or R-ATP with multi-engine rating.
• At least 21 years old with required flight hours and experience.
• Valid passport, ability to travel internationally, and work authorization in the U.S.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain security badges.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle animals onboard.

Compensation and Benefits
