Hours: Part-time PAID internship, 25 hours a week

Location: Boca Raton, FL (2 days per week in-office)

Internship Term: April - August with the potential of a Full-Time role

We work with diverse clients across industries and are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world agency experience, collaborate on client projects, and grow your design skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in creating graphics and visual assets for client social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with our creative and account teams to develop design concepts that align with client brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Work on brand identity projects, including logos, typography, and brand guides.
• Resize and optimize assets for various platforms, ensuring quality and consistency across formats.
• Participate in brainstorm sessions and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
• Assist with photo editing, retouching, and simple video graphics if needed.
• Apply feedback and revisions efficiently, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and contribute creative ideas for both client and agency projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong eye for design, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing your own creativity and flair to designs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects.
• A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work two days per week in-office in Boca Raton, with some flexibility for remote work on other days.
• A portfolio showcasing design work — school projects, freelance work, or personal projects are all welcome.
