Job Overview:  

Are you passionate about connecting with people? As a Floating Leasing Agent , you’ll be the go-to person for providing top-notch service across multiple locations in our portfolio . Your ability to adapt and build relationships will be essential as you guide prospective residents through the leasing process. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love delivering outstanding customer service, this role is perfect for you! 

Responsibilities:  

Take Charge:

  • Own the leasing process! Ensure every step is smooth and efficient, keeping detailed records of interactions and lease agreements along the way. 
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to fair housing laws and LIHTC guidelines.

Provide Legendary Service:  

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that makes residents feel valued and important.
  • Address any inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring every resident has a positive experience. 

Get Creative with Marketing:  

  • Participate and develop fun and innovative marketing strategies to draw prospective residents to our properties—show off everything that makes us special! 
  • Conduct engaging property tours that highlight the unique features of our apartments and amenities.

Assist with Leasing:  

  • Help prospective residents navigate the application process and conduct background checks to ensure compliance. 
  • Coordinate seamless move-in and move-out procedures, making sure every unit is ready for new residents! 

Travel and Engage:  

  • Flexibility is key! You’ll provide exceptional leasing coverage across various locations—be ready to travel and embrace the unique atmosphere of each property. 
  • Build connections with teams and ensure consistent service delivery wherever you go. 

Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 year’ experience in leasing, ideally within the multifamily housing industry and LIHTC properties. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with residents from all walks of life. 
  • Resilience and the ability to adapt to challenges with a positive attitude. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. 
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license —let the adventures begin!
