Director of Christian Initiation Job Description and Responsibilities:

Directs and maintains a comprehensive process of Christian Initiation for people of all ages
Provides the structure and framework for individuals to enter the Church
Creates opportunities for returning Catholics to reconnect with the Church
Supports the overall adult outreach ministries of the parish
Forms and leads team(s) of adults who serve as the core leadership team(s) for each ministry
