About Us
At Align, we are a fast-growing Customs and Compliance company helping businesses streamline their import processes, reduce risk, and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. With new clients onboarding and increasing demand for our services, we are looking for an experienced Customs Broker to join our team on a part-time or casual basis , with the potential to transition into a full-time role as we continue to scale.

The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced, professional, and detail-oriented Licensed Customs Broker to support our growing operations. This is a fully remote position , offering flexibility while playing a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in our Customs operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process import documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and other government agency requirements.
• Advise clients on tariff classifications, duty rates, and compliance strategies.
• Work with our internal team and clients to resolve compliance issues and discrepancies.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure best practices are followed.
• Assist in developing and refining compliance workflows and automation strategies.

Requirements

• Licensed U.S. Customs Broker with substantial experience in the field.
• Deep knowledge of import regulations, HTS classification, and trade compliance requirements.
• Experience working with importers across various industries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
