Provide tactical, compassionate legal representation to clients, regardless of their level of guilt. Meet with clients to develop and implement strategic plans tailored to their unique circumstances. Represent clients in court proceedings, including negotiations, hearings, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients, offering them hope and confidence in their legal outcomes. Ensure clients are well-informed and supported throughout the legal process, including delivering difficult news. Requirements: Self-sufficient with the ability to manage a caseload independently. Proven experience in handling serious criminal cases, including felonies, mental health issues, and domestic violence. Ability to handle challenging clients and navigate complex legal scenarios. Demonstrated experience in trial work and criminal defense litigation. Experience working with clients from various backgrounds and understanding their needs. Compassionate and tactful approach to handling clients through tough situations. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active member of the California State Bar. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate and strategize in criminal defense cases. High level of emotional intelligence and compassion in working with clients. Ability to independently handle and manage serious felony cases. Prior government experience (such as a former prosecutor or public defender) is preferred.
