Legal Administrative Assistant
Must be FL Notary
Temporary for 3 - 4 weeks
Prestigious National Law Firm
West Palm Beach Office

Prestigious National Law firm is in need of a Legal Administrative Assistant to join them in a temporary capacity for several weeks, possibly longer.

They require someone who is an active Florida Notary Public

The ideal canddiate has:

• ...previous law firm experience is a plus
• ...the ability to handle calandering and scheduling
• ...excellent computer and organizational skills
• ...solid attention to detail
• ...good administrative skills such as typing, handling phone calls, making appointments, and notarizing documents as needed...providing general admin support to the team.
• Again, must be an active Florida Notary Public.

The position is located in West Palm Beach and parking is provided.

This is a temporary position and starts right away, as soon as possible. Probably around four weeks, possibly longer.
