Job Responsibilities: - Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)
- Lead group trainings and supervision sessions
- Uphold BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
- Foster a culture of compassion, excellence, and reliability for employees, clients, and families
Qualifications: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®)
- Hawai'i state license in behavior analyst analysis (must be obtained before start date)
- Experience in ABA services behavior analysis with strong professional references
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, including proficiency with technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Passion for professional growth and advancement
