We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Web Developer in the IT Software industry, located in Madison, Wisconsin. As a Web Developer, you'll be tasked with creating and enhancing web applications, with a focus on User Interface (UI) and Figma, as well as backend development using Node and Angular.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement UI designs using Figma, ensuring the Angular application mirrors the design.
• Manage the repository (repo) to ensure all code and changes are properly tracked and documented.
• Utilize Node.js and Angular for application development, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Apply Agile Scrum methodology to manage the development process effectively and efficiently.
• Use Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and issue resolution, maintaining the quality of the applications.
• Implement API development practices to enhance communication between different software components.
• Utilize client-side scripting to improve web application functionality and user interaction.
• Apply A/B testing methods to compare different versions of web pages and improve website optimization.
• Use content management systems (CMS) to manage and modify web content.
• Contribute to backend development to improve server-side application logic.
• Implement UI development and design practices to enhance the user interface and user experience.
• Utilize React in addition to Angular for developing user interfaces.
• Use Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications, improving user experience and performance.• Minimum of 5 years of detail-oriented experience as a Web Developer in the IT Software industry.
• Proven expertise in Atlassian Jira, widely used for issue tracking and project management.
• Proficiency in Backend Development, demonstrating a solid understanding of server-side programming languages.
• Experience in Bug Tracking, with the ability to identify, report, and document technical issues effectively.
• Skilled in Client Side Scripting, with a focus on enhancing user interaction.
• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS), to manage digital content without the need for specialized technical knowledge.
• Proven experience in AB Testing, to compare different versions of web pages and optimize user experience.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
• Hands-on experience with Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications.
• Proficiency in API Development, facilitating communication between different software components.
• Solid understanding of ASP.NET, a popular framework for building web apps and services.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, a platform for building web applications.
• Experience in UI Development, with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong UI Design skills, with a knack for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Proficiency in Node and Node.js for server-side development.
• Experience with Figma, a popular tool for interface design.
• Hands-on experience with React, a JavaScript library for building user interfaces.
