Warehouse Supervisor

Dallas, TX

Full time

Must be open to 1st or 2nd Shift

Major Primary Duties:

Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Ensure inventory accuracy through the receipt and movement of finished goods.
Organize the warehouse efficiently.
Determine the proper shipping method, balancing customer needs and organizational goals.
Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Help prepare and plan for strategic initiatives.
Utilize automation in operations aligned with strategic initiatives.
Implement Lean processes in the organization.
Process bi-weekly payroll, including schedule entry/revisions, missed punches, leave requests, and other payroll processes.
Meet daily staffing requirements by posting the weekly schedule.
Review daily attendance of warehouse employees and follow up with any absent employees.
Address minor issues related to interpersonal conflict or procedural disruption.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Key Competencies:

B.A./B.S. in Business or an equivalent
3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong work ethics with an attention to detail.
