About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Financial Sponsors team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing advisory engagements, conducting financial analysis and modeling, and supporting the preparation of client materials. This role requires the ability to perform market research, industry analysis, and support transaction execution and client management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, with a focus on financial sponsors, and will be adept at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in investment banking. The role demands a professional with strong financial modeling and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The Vice President will be expected to lead and manage advisory engagements from inception to completion, making the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure essential.
