Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UAT Testing Lead to oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a primary focus on data validation and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in SQL querying for both simple and complex operations within open data sets, ensuring accuracy and completeness in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, focusing on data validation and analysis to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
• Perform SQL queries, including both simple and complex operations, to validate data accuracy within open data sets.
• Manage input/output testing processes, including the execution of basic join operations in database structures, without the requirement to design those structures.
• Utilize experience in automation testing tools to optimize and enhance testing efficiency.
• Apply knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) detection techniques or compliance-related domains to support regulatory testing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document test cases, scenarios, and results.
• Ensure thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results to support compliance and audit requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience leading UAT initiatives with a strong emphasis on data validation and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL querying, including experience with complex queries and data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and their application in enhancing test coverage and efficiency.
• Knowledge of AML detection techniques or compliance-related experience is a plus.
• Relevant qualifications in UAT Testing, Data Analysis, or similar fields. Additional certifications in AML and compliance are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in the financial sector is highly valued but not mandatory. Candidates from other sectors with relevant expertise are encouraged to apply.
