Can request one holiday, but staff will most likely work the holidays Ratios: 1:2 Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Weekend requirements for LDRP are 2 weekends every 6 weeks. Night shift weekends can include Fridays. Certs REQ: BLS, AWHONN Advanced, NRP Advanced (must include all 11 components), Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) Is on-call REQ?
