They are looking to hire a talented Inside Sales Representative in MA to work alongside their experienced Regional Sales Managers with a clear promotion track to outside sales.

Job Description :

• The Inside Sales Representative will be focused on business development activities while learning the technical specifications and applications of the equipment, the pharmaceutical industry and competitive landscape.
• Generate and qualify leads through targeted research and outreach and conduct initial sales calls and presentations to potential customers.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events.

Career Path: The successful candidate will start in an inside sales role, learning the business and developing their skills. After 18-24 months, high performers will have the opportunity to transition into an outside Regional Sales Manager role with responsibility for a multi-million dollar territory and uncapped earning potential.
