Position: Barber/Stylist (Full-Time and Part-Time) *** Now Offering a Signing Bonus!

Job Summary: Responsible for providing superior customer service. Provides consultation to clients, selects equipment, cuts hair, styles and finishes hair.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing superior customer service
• Greet customers upon arrival and guides them through our list of products and services
• Maintain a presentable and professional appearance for our customers
• Performs various Barber and/or Cosmetology Services on clients
• Clean around station, shop, bar, spa, restrooms and assist in washing/drying towels
• Stock shelves with products
• Systems utilization to schedule, view, communicate and check out patrons
• Promote services and membership programs
• Sell products or supplies
• Assist owner and manager in the marketing efforts of the business
• Open and close the location
• Participate in continuing education programs, trainings and staff meetings
• Train new employees as they join our staff
• Maintain required licenses
• Adhere and participate in all regulatory, safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Perform other administrative duties
• Perform any other duties assigned by the owner and management team
