Job Title: Vice President, Equity Linked Origination

Job Description:

In this role, you will be a senior member of the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) division, focusing on the origination and execution of equity-linked products. You will lead client engagements, develop innovative financing solutions, and drive the execution of complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Origination and Pitching:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Develop and define equity offering strategies.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of marketing pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to propose tailored solutions.

• Execution:

  • Oversee the execution of equity-linked transactions, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams (e.g., M&A, leveraged finance, debt capital markets).
  • Manage the preparation of transaction documentation, including term sheets and offering memoranda.
  • Conduct due diligence and liaise with external advisors (e.g., legal, accounting).

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and institutional investors.
  • Provide clients with market insights and strategic advice on equity-linked products.
  • Lead roadshows and investor meetings to generate interest in offerings.

• Market Analysis:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of capital market trends and macroeconomic factors affecting equity markets.
  • Monitor and analyze sector-specific developments to identify potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in equity capital markets, investment banking, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Deep knowledge of equity-linked products and capital markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
