This position earns a competitive salary of $41,500 - $64,000/year . Using behavioral health evidence-based practices, we effectively address several social determinants of health, such as housing, employment, and education. We provide housing resources such as rental subsidies, housing navigation services, and permanent supportive housing (PSH). Description of Position :
The Housing Navigator assists participants with serious mental illness in obtaining and maintaining subsidized or affordable housing. The Housing Navigator provides case management, individual support, skills training, and outreach in the office, home, and community to participants seeking housing, and works closely with partner agencies including the local Public Housing Authority and community landlords.
