POSITION SUMMARY

Bar/Restaurant servers ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service and making connections with every guest. Servers work in the front of the business taking orders quickly and accurately, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• A servers responsibilities primary duty is to provide excellent customer service, take orders, and deliver beverages and food.
• Servers are also expected to answer questions regarding the menu, and Lee Canyon.
• Work closely with other wait staff/kitchen staff/bar staff to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently.
• Meet with the supervisors daily and prior to service to discuss that day's offerings.
• Additional duties of a server may include: processing payments, greeting customers, cleaning tables and dining areas, setting tables, delivering food, rolling silverware, and some possible food preparation.
• Strict adherence to all state and federal employment laws, company policies and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Is flexible with work days and hours.
• Is able to work holidays and weekends per seasonal demands and business needs.
• Twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of hire.
• Attained a high school diploma or equivalent credentials.
• Quality guest service skills.
• Knowledge of local area and resort.
• Bilingual

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must have the ability to lift up 20 lbs toand carry 50 yards.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours.
• Must be able to work outside in inclement weather and temperatures below 32 degrees for up to four hours.
• Preferred ski and or snowboard experience: None to Beginner
