About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Growth and Value Creation to lead the development and execution of the organization's value creation plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's expansion, with a focus on both organic growth and strategic initiatives. This role requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare services, particularly in a high-growth, investor-backed environment. The SVP will be tasked with managing complex, enterprise-level growth initiatives, and must possess superior financial and analytical capabilities to measure and tie results back to financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading such initiatives, be adept at stakeholder management, and have the strategic and executive presence to challenge the status quo and drive change. Applicants for the SVP position should have at least 15 years of professional experience, with a preference for those with a background in dermatology or other healthcare services. A management consulting background is also highly valued. The role demands a dynamic leader who is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity, capable of managing multiple initiatives and work streams simultaneously. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to zoom in on details and zoom out to understand and set strategy. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent graduate degree being preferred. The SVP will be expected to be a collaborative and inclusive leader, with a superior customer service attitude, and the ability to travel as necessary.
