Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product suite, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful execution from concept to launch. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and hands-on product management expertise. The ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering or software development, with at least 10 years of experience in engineering and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Define and articulate the vision and strategy for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Product Development:

  • Translate high-level business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to prioritize and deliver features on time and within scope.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, including roadmap creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure product alignment with market demands and customer needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Technical Expertise:

  • Leverage your background in engineering or software development to contribute to technical discussions and evaluate feasibility.
  • Ensure product designs meet technical requirements, scalability, and performance standards.

Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a culture of innovation and excellence within the product management team.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for product management best practices.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including experience in engineering or software development roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software and/or hardware products.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare technology or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of AI, IoT, or sensor technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $145,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
