Job Description

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web technologies.
• Expertise in AEM components, templates, workflows, and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
• Proficiency in Java and back-end development using AEM's Sling, JCR, and OSGi architecture.
• Experience with DevOps, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and providing solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills:

• AEM Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM or relevant certifications.
• Front-End Frameworks: Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and libraries like Redux, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Mobile Development: Experience with AEM Mobile solutions or integrating mobile applications with AEM.
• Cloud Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of cloud architecture and services, especially in AWS or Azure environments.
