A Senior Advanced Quality Inspector job is available with our client in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Senior Advanced Quality Inspector you will be using your skills and expertise to inspect parts, materials, assemblies and equipment for compliance to specified requirements and perform real-time defect evaluation. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 6 years of relevant work experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
* Will inspect parts, materials, assemblies and equipment for compliance to specified requirements and perform real-time defect evaluation.
* Responsible for operating and monitoring automated test equipment as well as preparing QA documentation and verifying corrective action implementation and rework.
* Will interface with coworkers, internal customers and potentially suppliers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* High School diploma or the equivalent is required OR
* Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical engineering is preferred.
* Minimum of 6 years directly related experience is required.
* J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750 and X-Ray qualification certifications may be required.
* Distinct knowledge of ESD control, workmanship standards, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and statistics and process control techniques
* Skilled in the set-up of basic electronic test configurations or mechanical test configurations and basic mechanical measurement tools
* Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
* Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task
