Baer is looking for SAP EHS QM Manager for a 4 month Federal Project located in Kansas City, MO.

Title: SAP Environmental Health and Safety EHS QM Manager

Location: Remote and Kansas City, MO

Duration: 4 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Lead efforts to gather and analyze client business process requirements related to EHS and Quality Management Manager.
• Develop detailed configuration rationales, designs, and perform system configuration to meet client needs.
• Implement functional solutions in SAP that align with business processes for EHS and QM.
• Develop and execute test strategies, managing large and complex testing efforts.
• Create and maintain associated documentation (e.g., RICEFW objects, test models, scripts, etc.).
• Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes, including those interfacing with other applications.
• Facilitate collaboration with both technical and functional teams to ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team, providing training and guidance to junior team members.
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning is a plus.

Experience:

• 7 years of SAP ECC, S4 HANA, and EHS & QM Functional experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• U.S. Citizenship required (Federal-specific requirement)
• Federal government experience.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - EHS, SAP Certified Application Associate - QM
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a form.
