HYBRID Revenue Specialist – Join a Large Healthcare Organization with an Amazing Work Culture!

📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM / 8:30 AM start time

📍 Location: Federal Way, WA (Hybrid – Onsite Day 1 & Once a Month)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform medical insurance billing, collections, or patient access tasks to ensure accurate reimbursement.
• Communicate with insurance payers to verify coverage and ensure claims are processed correctly.
• Submit system setup requests to ensure accurate billing data in the system.
• Partner with clinics, insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators to maintain timely and accurate insurance information .
• Identify process improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Basic computer skills – Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

✅ Basic healthcare insurance experience – Billing, collections, insurance verification, or prior authorizations.

✅ Strong communication skills – Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.

✅ Problem-solving mindset – Quick decision-making and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of revenue cycle, insurance rules, and reimbursement practices for federal, state, and managed care payers.
