Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our company, where you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all transaction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, with a proven ability to track and follow up on post-closing items. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all transaction activities within the department, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
2. Track and follow up on post-closing items, ensuring all deadlines are met and any issues are promptly resolved.
3. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
4. Prepare and review transaction documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
5. Identify and implement strategies to improve transaction processes and procedures.
6. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on transaction status.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate transaction management, title/escrow experience
3. Proven experience in tracking and following up on post-closing items.
4. In-depth knowledge of legal regulations and procedures related to transactions.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
