Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues. Documents testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvements. Influence decisions, builds consensus, and resolves conflicts constructively and proactively. Supports business objectives and ensures the business needs are being met. Minimum Qualifications: Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of JavaScript writing with NO HELP (5+ years). Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of TypeScript writing and ability to work with old and new typescript with NO HELP (5+ years). Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of NodeJs (5+ years). Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Jest (5+ years). Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Redux (5+ years). Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of React (5+ years). Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Git (5+ years). For staff level ability to design and deliver complex large system from vague requirement within tight deadline.
