Property Manager- Affordable Housing
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Property Manager- Affordable Housing, with 5 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temp to perm opportunity, located in Danbury, CT.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all aspects of affordable housing programs, including managing waiting lists, certifications and recertifications, inspections, rent collection, resident accounts, file compliance, reasonable accommodations, resident grievances, legal disputes, and eviction processes
Ensure adherence all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Create and sustain a robust training program for the Housing Team to guarantee comprehension and compliance with affordable housing programs and agency policies.
Identify opportunities for improvement and update or develop policies and procedures to support necessary changes.
Work in partnership with the Maintenance Team to formulate plans for preventative maintenance and capital improvements.
Compile and submit monthly reports as required by the Agency
Qualifications:
Proficient with G-suite, Excel, PowerPoint
High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in Facilities or Property Management
Worksite: On Site/ Temp to Perm
Salary- $30-39/hr
