Property Manager- Affordable Housing
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Property Manager- Affordable Housing, with 5 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temp to perm opportunity, located in Danbury, CT.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of affordable housing programs, including managing waiting lists, certifications and recertifications, inspections, rent collection, resident accounts, file compliance, reasonable accommodations, resident grievances, legal disputes, and eviction processes

  • Ensure adherence all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

  • Create and sustain a robust training program for the Housing Team to guarantee comprehension and compliance with affordable housing programs and agency policies.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and update or develop policies and procedures to support necessary changes.

  • Work in partnership with the Maintenance Team to formulate plans for preventative maintenance and capital improvements.

  • Compile and submit monthly reports as required by the Agency

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with G-suite, Excel, PowerPoint

  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Facilities or Property Management

Worksite: On Site/ Temp to Perm
Salary- $30-39/hr

 

Pay Details: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour
