  • Systems & process proficiency: The ability to design, refine, and reinforce sustainable processes that improve team workflows, grant administration, and program impact.
  • Curiosity & customer service orientation: You approach your work with a problem-solving mindset, deep listening, and a commitment to service — ensuring stakeholders feel supported and valued.

  • Familiarity with Jewish well-being: An appreciation for how Jewish tradition and community shape well-being, with a commitment to fostering inclusive, accessible environments for students and professionals alike.
  • Facilitation & training experience: You don’t need to be a subject-matter expert, but you excel at guiding discussions, designing learning experiences, and leading engaging group sessions.
  • Commitment to inclusion: A demonstrated ability to build spaces that embrace diverse identities and experiences. Your pluralistic approach to Jewish life ensures all voices are valued.
  • Capacity & team awareness: You proactively assess personal and team dynamics, ensuring sustainable practices that balance multiple priorities effectively.
