PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST – JOIN A TEAM WHERE CLINICIANS LOVE TO WORK!

Are you a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) looking for an opportunity where you can make a real impact while being part of a supportive, collaborative team? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated OT to join a highly respected, clinician-led outpatient pediatric clinic in Dover, DE .

In this role, you will work with a diverse pediatric caseload, helping children develop sensory integration, feeding, fine motor, and visual motor skills while building strong relationships with families.

What You’ll Do

• Provide High-Quality Therapy – Evaluate and treat children using evidence-based OT practices.
• Collaborate Daily – Work closely with parents and a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
• Utilize Efficient Documentation – Maintain records with a gold-standard EMR system.
• Make Therapy Fun & Engaging – Use creativity to keep sessions interactive and effective.

• Compensation: $74K-$78K per year (full-time), with flexible hourly options for part-time staff!

What We’re Looking For

• Delaware Occupational Therapy License
• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• An energetic, child-friendly personality who enjoys making therapy engaging!
• A flexible, creative problem-solver who thrives in a team-based setting.
• Feeding and/or emotional regulation experience is a plus!
• A therapist who sees the whole child , not just their delays.
