Organizational Change Management Specialist

Pay from $80,000 to $123,000 per year

As an Organizational Change Management Specialist at Uline, you’ll play a key role in guiding change and helping teams adapt to new technology, tools and processes. Position Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement change management plans for IT projects of all sizes, from small updates to major initiatives.

  • Collaborate with project teams, business units and IT leaders to align change activities with project goals.

  • Create and manage communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout each project.

  • Develop training resources to help teams adapt and succeed with new tools and processes.

  • Monitor change efforts, gather feedback and find ways to continuously improve our approach.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.

  • Proven success in driving adoption for new systems, tools or processes.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
