Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Developer with expertise in Redwood UI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud and hands-on experience with Redwood UI design and implementation. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining HCM solutions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the HCM system.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Perform system upgrades and ensure data integrity.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Oracle HCM systems.

Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is must.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Skills:

Oracle HCM SQL PL/SQL Data Migration

Oracle Cloud HCM Java XML HCM Extracts Web Services

System Troubleshooting

Redwood UI Design and Implementation

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience with Redwood UI design and implementation.

Experience with Oracle Fusion upgrade projects.

Compensation:

Salary range for California residents only: Between $125,000 to $140,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
