What's the role

• Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
• Process accounts receivable and payable
• Assist in the preparation of business activity and financial reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranges meetings, composes regular correspondence, processes confidential reports and documents (electronic and hard copy files), and tracks deadlines.
• Prepares documentation for new hires, or changes in pay, status or benefits.
• Establishes, maintains and controls employee records, recruitment records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts.
• General admin including scheduling for travel, filing and office organization.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal government requirements.
• Coordinate with various teams for daily / monthly / quarterly goals and directives
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Distribute the production tasks in the warehouse and ensure orderly production, order fulfillment and inbound / outbound logistics.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, freight, returns, receiving, parcels and transfers
• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
• Responsible for the successful completion of production and order fulfillment plan
• Responsible for all for the integrity of all equipment, tooling and gauges in the warehouse.
• Effectively manage the warehouse staff, improve work efficiency, and avoid unnecessary waste of personnel and working hours.
• QuickBooks Software (1 Year is required)

• Able to run an office and coordinate between various team members
• Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
• Experience with technology, specifically production in the tech. space a definite plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills
