* *Duration: Full Time (Permanent)*
* *Shift: 8Hrs. Full Time Day shift.*

*Rate: $36.60 – $45.00 based on experience.*
*Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (will be discussed further during interview)*

Position Summary: Evaluates patients, plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the professional practice of Occupational Therapy.

Pay: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour
