Night Auditor/Security Relief (Windsong Lodge) at Pursuit Collection summary:

The Night Auditor/Security Relief at Windsong Lodge is responsible for assisting guests with reservations and providing exceptional guest service while ensuring safety through routine security checks. This dual role also involves performing night auditing tasks, running nightly reports, and balancing daily sales. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.

What will your compensation be?:

$20.00 per hour

What will you do in this job?:

Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Windsong Lodge. As the Relief Night Audit/Property Security, you will responsible for assisting guests with reservations and general information, run nightly reports, and perform routine security checks. You will serve as the central information center for all lodge operations.

• This is a night shift, 5 days per week, from 11pm to 7am.
• This position will operate as Relief Night Audit three nights per week and Relief Security two nights per week.

Relief Night Audit duties:

• Provide guest with lodging and local area information
• Perform guest reservations, check-in and checkout procedures
• Balance deposits to sales and complete all accounting forms
• Run end-of-day reports and package audit envelopes
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Familiarity with basic office equipment operation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

Relief Property Security duties:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Complete scheduled rounds of property to monitor noise level and general safety
• Maintain contact with the front desk at all times via a two-way radio
• This position also plays a role in assisting guest with hotel needs
• Knowledge of the actions to take in emergency situations and workplace violence
• CPR and First Aid certifications are desirable
• Report any incidents to Rooms Division Manager & General Manager who then will complete incident reports for trespass, suspicious behavior, vandalism, accident, theft, etc.
