What We’re Looking For:
· Environmental Expertise & Regulatory Acumen
Deep knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) , as well as experience with State and Local Environmental and Land Use Permitting and Energy Facility Siting and Licensing . Familiarity with regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S.
Fish & Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, U.S. Forest Service, State Wildlife Agencies, and historic preservation agencies is essential.
· Industry-Specific Experience
Specific background in electricity transmission, oil & gas, renewables , or similar markets is preferred, enabling you to seamlessly integrate environmental compliance with industry-specific demands.
· Proven Tenure & Performance
A history of success in similar roles, with demonstrable ability to drive business growth, build teams, and deliver results in challenging regulatory and project environments.
· Client & Business Development Skills
A strategic thinker with a track record in developing long-term client relationships, driving project backlogs, and ensuring sustainable profit and direct labor growth
