Materials Manager

$80,000 - $110,000 + Bonuses

Butte, Montana – $10,000 Relocation Package Provided

The Role:

  • Develop & execute purchasing strategies to improve cost, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee inventory and receiving, ensuring materials are available when needed for production.
  • Lead a small team of buyers and inventory specialists.
  • Ensure ERP system accuracy & manage supply chain risks.

The Person:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience in procurement, materials management, or supply chain leadership.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems & strong organizational skills.
