Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a background in social media marketing, Youtube, video marketing and organization skills required to plan and execute multiple marketing channels. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and proficiency in various digital marketing tools to enhance our market presence and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and learn Youtube marketing for multiple channels
• Assist in filming and planning videos and social media content
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Manage email marketing across multiple avenues within our real estate companies.
• Create compelling copy for advertisements, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
• Design visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe and/or Canva.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Communicate with video editors and manage the entire production process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media and/or email marketing.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles and techniques.
• Experience with website management is preferred.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for design purposes is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Weekends as needed
