Job Overview
A Marketing Intern plays an important role within a marketing team and provides support throughout various stages of a marketing campaign and promotional activities with this unique opportunity.

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Marketing Intern to join our Unity team which is a group of sister companies (Tilley, Mastermind Toys and Kit+Ace) . This position is in a fast-paced, creative environment, so we are seeking an individual with a good sense of humor and the ability to work successfully in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Create consistent content that follows the Operation Sharing morals and brand.

· Grow following and engagement across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & TikTok.

· Capture, edit and promote content to market our programs and upcoming events.

· Help the team to develop, update and manage all social media accounts.

· Support the team to capture, edit and promote content from other services/agencies within our community.

· Curating original content for all social media platforms and the Score Promotions blog.

· The tasks can include drafting proposals and preparing presentations for the team.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital asset management.

· The Marketing Interns' responsibilities will include assisting the Marketing and Sales team in the crafting of brand and marketing strategy.

· tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with brand identity.

Qualifications and Experience

· New graduate or final year student enrolled in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· Marketing and sales-related Experience (can be internships/volunteer work)

· Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics preferred but not required.

· Proactive, fast learner, and able to change directions quickly as needed

· Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen, understand, and respond both appropriately and effectively.

· Keen eye for attention to detail.

· The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and a strong understanding of various administrative procedures. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills.

· Basic understanding or willingness to learn Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for the completion of marketing assets.

· Strong sense of initiative and a “can do” attitude and willingness to think outside the box. Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to find alternative solutions.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

· A high attention to detail is key to this role, and you will be expected to learn about the fast-paced world of internet marketing on a daily basis.

· Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software is a plus.

· Additionally, you will assist the marketing department and sales staff by ensuring they have the necessary assets for their activities.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail, develop a keen eye for detail, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Job Types: Full-time (temporary)

Duration: 3 months (opportunity to be permanent)

Schedule: Hours will vary between 20-40 hours per week, Monday- Friday.
