Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal

Location: Buffalo, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pleadings, manage case documents, and assist with the discovery process.
• Draft motions and responses while ensuring compliance with legal protocols.
• Handle medical records and coordinate expert witness participation.
• Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies and trial preparation.
• Assist with deposition preparation, case management, and trial materials.
• Provide ongoing trial support, ensuring all deadlines are met and materials are organized.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in criminal justice or political science).
• Paralegal certification (NALA or NFPA preferred).
• Experience in plaintiff-side litigation, particularly in personal injury or civil rights.
• Strong organizational, communication, and legal research skills.
• Proficiency with legal software (Clio, LexisNexis, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Salary:
