Are you a skilled Legal Secretary or Paralegal seeking a dynamic opportunity in a boutique law firm? We are a well-established firm located in Coral Springs, Florida, with an emphasis in Estate Planning, Probate, Social Security Disability, Commercial Litigation, and Corporate Representation. In addition to our legal services, we also operate our Title Company from the same office, offering a unique and comprehensive legal environment.

Position: Legal Secretary/Paralegal

Location: Coral Springs, FL

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case management, document preparation, and legal research
• Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning, probate, social security disability, commercial litigation, and corporate law
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth case progression
• Support the Title Company operations with document handling and client interaction
• Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys
• Provide administrative support including filing, answering phones, and other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal is preferred.
• Knowledge of estate planning, probate, social security disability, commercial litigation, and corporate law is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a willingness to grow within the firm
