Job Description

Role: Junior Web Developer Location: Wadsworth, OH Salary: $65,000 Responsibilities: Translate client requirements into application features, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. Develop and deploy web products for cross-platform, cross-browser consumption, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement robust web solutions that align with project objectives and timelines. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring optimal performance across various browsers and devices. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and trends, incorporating new tools and techniques into development processes as appropriate. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of industry experience as a Web Application Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in a variety of web technologies, including JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Node.js, Bootstrap, React, Ruby, JSON, and XML. Strong understanding of test-driven development processes, with a commitment to producing high-quality code. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and workflows, able to contribute effectively within an agile team environment. Experience in mobile and responsive design, ensuring optimal performance across devices of all sizes. Solid grasp of various browsers and their behaviors, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code accordingly.
